摘要
党的十八大明确指出,文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。安徽省第九次党代会将文化强省作为发展战略。安徽如何实现文化资源大省向文化强省的跨越,必须对文化强省在学术上进行认真梳理。文化强省必须有一个统一的内涵与标准,文化之"强"最终要表现为受众文化素养的提高、文化影响力的提升和文化产业能够成为区域经济发展的支柱,而传播则是文化之"强"的题中之义。因此,做好徽文化传播,实现安徽文化强省,必须提高徽文化传播者的素养,创新徽文化传播的内容形式,尊重徽文化本身的文化价值。
The party's 18th congress has pointed out clearly that culture is the nation~ s blood vessel and the people's spiritual homeland. The 9th Party Congress of Anhui Province put forward the development strategy of constructing culturally powerful Anhui Province. For Anhui Province, to achieve a leap from a big province with abundant cultural resources towards a culturally powerful province, the important academic issue is to be carefully studied. There must be a unified standard and connotat^on for a culturally powerful province. The "powerfulness" is eventually to show the improvement of audience's cultural qualities and enhancement of its cultural influence, with its cultural industry becoming a pillar of regional economic development, while communication points to the meaning of the title concerning "powerfulness". Therefore, to do a good job of Huizhou culture communication for the realization of culturally powerful Anhui Province, the Huizhou culture communication quality is to be improved, the culture communication form and content are to be innovated, and Huizhou culture value itself is to be respected.
