卓越工程师培养计划下的教学质量管理保障体系研究

"卓越工程师培养计划"是工程教育改革的突破口和切入点,旨在培养高素质的优秀的后备工程人才。卓越工程师培养模式在极具创新性的同时,也对传统教育管理提出了新的挑战。"教学质量管理保障体系"正是针对"卓越工程师培养计划"运行所需要遵循的标准和依据,制定相对应的教学"质量标准",建立"质量指标",乃至一套完整的"质量保障体系",通过试点研究不断改进,使其更具科学性、可操作性。通过"教学质量管理保障体系"建立起常态化可持续的检查总结制度,找出问题加以解决,以保障"卓越工程师培养计划"的顺利进行。

＂Training Plan of Brilliant Engineers＂ is a breakthrough of revolution of engineering education and the purpose of the plan is for training high quality reserve talents of engineering. The model of training of brilliant engineers is not only creative but also a new challenge to the management of traditional education. ＂Education Quality Management Guarantee System＂, which is based on the standard and foun- dation of operation of ＂Training Plan of Brilliant Engineers＂ formulates ＂Quality Standard＂, sets up ＂Quality Index＂ and integrates a set of ＂Quality Guarantee System＂. Improvement through the pilot study makes the plan scientific and operable. ＂Education Quality Management Guarantee System＂ will be helpful to build the regular and continuous regulation of inspection soas to find out the problem, solve the problem and guarantee the smoothly and successfully operating of ＂Training Plan of Brilliant Engineers＂.
