基于建构主义的开放式实验室管理与教学对策研究——以湖州师院商科实验教学中心为例

Research on Countermeasures on Open Laboratory Management and Experimental Teaching Based on Constructivism——A Case Study of Business Center of Experiment Teaching in Huzhou Teachers' College

以湖州师范学院商科实验教学中心为例,讨论了开放式实验室管理与教学中存在的突出问题,结合作者多年在高校实验室的工作实践,对这些问题进行了分析和研究,并提出了应对措施。开放式实验室管理是当前高校实验室管理改革的需要,开放式实验教学是提高整体教学质量的根本保证和有效途径。建立开放式的实验室管理与教学机制,从管理角度讲,提供更好实验平台。从教学角度讲,更能挖掘学生的创新潜能,增强学生的实践意识和应用能力。

Taking the business experiment teaching center of Huzhou Teachers ~ College as an example, this article introduces the most pressing problems in management and teaching the open laboratory and tries to put forward some countermeasures after making detailed analysis and research on the basis of the researcher＇ s working experience in labs. Open laboratory management is the need of the current college laboratory management reform,and open experimental teaching is the fundamental guarantee and effective ways to improve the overall teaching quality. Establishing the mechanism of the open laboratory management and teaching can not only provide a better experimental platform from the management perspective,but also explore students~ innovative potential and strengthen their consciousness of practice and applica- tion ability from the teaching perspective.
