摘要
为解决多级液压缸在运行过程中变级时载荷和速度的阶跃问题,研究开发了一种多级伸缩装置,利用对液压缸的结构重新设计和增加液压马达传动装置来避免载荷冲击和速度阶跃。该装置采用了液压技术和机械传动技术,运行平稳,控制精确,结构巧妙。
To solve the load and speed step change problems when the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder steps during op-eration, a multi-stage expansion device is studied and developed in the paper.By structural redesigning of hydraulic cylin-der and increasing transmission device of the hydraulic motor , the load impact and speed stepping can be avoided.Such de-vice is provided with hydraulic technology and mechanical transmission technology , which is of stable operation , accurate control and exquisite structure.
