基于Ansys Workbench的莫比乌斯输送带的分析

对普通输送带及各种形式的莫比乌斯输送带进行了比较,利用SolidWorks软件建模,将模型导入到Ansys Workbench中。在Workbench中对其定义属性、划分网格及添加约束载荷,然后求解。比较结果得出结论,为莫比乌斯输送带的生产及布置提供了理论依据。

Through comparison of ordinary conveyor belts and various Mobius conveyor belts , the model is built by SolidWorks , which is led in the Ansys Workbench , where the model attribute is defined , grid is divided , constraint load is added, in order to work out the solution.The conclusion is figured out through comparison of results , which provides theoretical basis for production and arrangement of Mobius conveyor belt.
