摘要
针对铝电解多功能机组(PTM)在主梁受载过程中出现下挠度不同的问题,通过强度、刚度控制条件理论得出梁高的表达式,以35 t双梁铝电解多功能机组为实例进行计算,最后运用Ansys Workbench对分析结果进行验证,为设计人员提供一个借鉴的方法。
Aiming at the problem of different deflections of aluminium electrolysis multi-function unit under beam loading process , the formula for beam height is figured out through control condition theory of strength and rigidity , with calculation for 35t aluminium electrolysis multi-function unit; the calculated result is verified using Ansys Workbench , which provides reference for designers.
