基于超低净空限高的岸边集装箱起重机的选型及应用

摘要 码头邻近机场,净空超低限制。根据码头设计能力及定位,确定了岸边集装箱起重机关键参数,结合超低净空限高和关键参数要求,对起重机的几种结构选型进行了对比分析,并确定了最终结构形式。针对超低净空的特点,对起重机采用的特殊技术和性能检验结果进行了介绍,对存在的问题提出了对策,对同类起重机选型及应用具有指导作用。 The wharf is close to the airport , provided with ultralow headroom limitation.According to the wharf design capacity and positioning , critical parameters for the quayside container crane are determined , with comparison and analysis for selection of several structures of cranes considering requirements on ultralow headroom limit and key parameters , in or-der to establish the final structural type.Aiming at characteristics of ultralow headroom limit , special technologies and per-formance detecting results for the cranes are introduced , with countermeasures taken for existing problems , which provides excellent guidance for selection and application of similar cranes.
