摘要 围绕沉淀型无机硅酸盐堵剂体系开展实验,考察了Ca2+ (Mg2+)、矿化度、温度及水玻璃浓度对沉淀生成量的影响,得到钙(镁)双液法堵剂体系和充分利用地层矿化度的“盐敏效应”堵剂体系在内的2种堵剂体系,优化设计配方分别为“12%~15%的SBL-1水玻璃+4%~5%的CaCl2(或MgCl2)溶液”和“15%的SBL-1水玻璃+15×104 mg/L的NaCl溶液”;优选体系配方至少可耐200℃以上的高温,具有较好的封堵能力,封堵率大于96%,满足高温高盐油藏调剖堵水作业的要求. Concentration of Ca2 + (Mg2 +),salinity,temperature and types of sodium silicate were studied based on inorganic silicate.Two plugging agent systems were obtained——plugging agents with Ca2+(Mg2+) using double-fluid method and plugging agents in use of salt sensitivity.The optimized formulations were respectively 12% ~ 15% SBL-1 water-free glass with 4% ~ 5% CaCl2 (or MgCl2) and 15%SBL-1 water-free glass with 15 × 104 mg/L NaCl.The systems selected could both stand the temperature of 200 ℃ and results of core plugging experiments showed good shut off capacity,with a plugging rate of 96%,which effectively meet the demands of profile control and water shut off high temperature and high salinity reservoirs.
