摘要
由Na3PO4、ZnSO4、钼酸钠、BTA等配制软化水缓蚀剂,通过挂片实验,考察了缓蚀剂成分用量对缓蚀性能的影响.结果表明,当Na3 PO4含量为6～20 mg,ZnSO4含量为5～ 30 mg,钼酸钠含量为1.25～10 mg,BTA含量为0～ 5mg时,缓蚀剂的缓蚀率均≥92％.
Na3PO4,ZnSO4,Sodium molybdate,BTA,etc.to prepared soften water corrosion inhibitior,through the coupon test,effect of corrosion inhibitor component on corrosion inhibitor performance was investigated.Results show that the content of Na3 PO4 ranges from 6 ～ 20 mg,the content of ZnSO4 ranges from 5 ～ 30 mg,the content of sodium molybdate ranges from 1.25 ～ 10 mg and the content of BTA ranges from 0 ～5 mg,the inhibition efficiency of the corrosion inhibitor is above 92％.
