摘要
以高碳多元醇与马来酸酐(MA)为原料,采用酸酐醇解法合成了一类新型破乳剂,研究了原料投料比、催化剂用量、反应温度及时间对破乳效果的影响,并考察了破乳剂的加量和破乳温度对稠油乳状液的破乳性能。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:MA与高碳多元醇的投料摩尔比为1.5∶1.0,催化剂用量为1.0%(以反应原料的总质量计),在105℃下反应5 h,在破乳温度为80℃,加药量为210 mg/L时,脱水率可达82%,出水水质清澈。
A new-type demulsifier was synthesized from maleic anhydride (MA) and high-carbon glycol (HCG) by direct esterification reaction.Influence of raw material ratio,the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and time on demulsification were studied,and investigate the demulsifier dosage and reaction temperature on the demulsification performance of heavy oil emulsion.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions of demulsifier was obtained as follows:a reaction time of 5 h,using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst,whose amount of 1.0% (mass percent of the sum of MA&HCG),monomer mole ratio of MA and HCG of 1.5∶1.0 and reaction temperature of 105 ℃.Then the dosage of the demulsifier was 210 mg/L,and the temperature was 80 ℃,whose dehydration rate was 82%,and the water was very clean in this conditon.
