摘要
研究了瑞替加滨在不同温度和pH值下的降解动力学,采用反相HPLC的方法对降解后的溶液进行测定。结果表明,瑞替加滨在不同温度和不同pH值下的降解都遵循一级降解动力学,瑞替加滨的降解速率受温度和pH的影响显著,在低温、pH值为3时相对稳定。
The degradation kinetics of.retigabine under different temperature and pH values were studied.And RP-HPLC method was used for the detection of the degradation samples.Results showed that the degradation met the first-order kinetics under different temperature and pH values,the degradation rate was influenced significantly by temperature and pH.Retigabine solution was relatively stable at low temperature and at pH =3.
