摘要
研究了电化学氧化和新型微电极联合处理废水时,各因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明,600 mL甲基橙废水在电压4V、电极投加量135 g、pH =3、电极间距2 cm、曝气量800 mL/min条件下反应1h时,CODCr去除率可达到94%以上,CODCr可降低到25 mg/L(O2)以下,远远达到了国家一级A标,去除效率比传统铁炭法提高了37%,比单一电化学氧化法提高了23%.新型微电极材料可重复循环使用30~ 50次,大大降低了成本,节约了资源,而且操作简单,效果极佳.
Investigated the treatment of wastewater by the electrochemical oxidation combined with the new micro-electrode,and the relationship between various factors and the treatment effect.The results show:600 mL of methyl orange wastewater on the conditions of voltage 4 V,electrode dosage 135 g,pH =3,electrode spacing 2 cm,the aeration rate 800 mL/min reaction for 1 h,the CODCr removal rate is more than 94%,CODCr can reduced to 25 mg/L (O2),it is far reached a standard at the national level A,the removal efficiency is 37% higher than traditional iron-carbon,23% higher than the single electrochemical oxidation.The new micro-electrode material can be cycle used,it can repeat about 30 ~ 50 times,greatly reducing the cost and resource savings,which is easy to operate,with excellent results.
