摘要
高效液相色谱法测定糖果中人工合成色素.采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇和乙酸铵为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,多通道多波长,柱温25℃.结果表明,方法各组分检出限为0.020 7~0.036 1 mg/kg,线性范围为0.005~0.05 mg/mL,加标回收率为88.27%~109.6%,相对标准偏差RSD低于1.82%.该方法操作简便、准确、快速,提高了检出限,能够同时检测6种合成色素的含量,对国标检测方法起到了补充和完善的作用.
A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of synthetic colors in candy,synthetic colors were separated on a C18 column using methanol and ammonium acetate as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,with the column temperature 25 ℃ and using multi-channel and multi-wavelength.The detection limits were in the range of 0.020 7 ~ 0.036 1 mg/kg,the calibration curves showed good liner in the range of 0.005 ~ 0.05 mg/mL,the rate of recovery was from 88.27% to 109.6%,and the RSD was lower than 1.82%.The method is simple,precise,fast and suitable for determination of six kinds of synthetic colors,it also plays a role of supplement and perfect for national standard detection method.
