摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)定性分析合成聚甲氧基二甲醚产物中的各组分,以正辛烷为内标物,确定反应物甲醇、三聚甲醛以及甲缩醛单组分的质量与峰面积之间的线性关系,相关系数全部在0.999以上。以甲缩醛为基准物,有效碳数-内标法定量分析产物中各组分的相对质量校正因子以及其含量,可得到聚甲氧基二甲醚目的产物的收率和选择性。 Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technology qualitative analysised the various components of the product of synthesised polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers.Normal octane was identified as internal standard and the linear relationship between mass and peak area of the single-component of methanol,trioxymethylene and methylal was determined,correlation coefficients were all above 0.999.Methylal was identified as standard substance and in order to get the yield and selectivity of the objective product of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers,the relative mass calibration factor and content of each component in the product were quantified with effective carbon number-internal standard method.
