摘要
介绍了一种在修复结晶器铜管基体上酸性光亮电铸铜工艺。研究了溶液成分和阴极电流密度对镀层性能的影响。镀铜溶液经一年的中试结果表明,镀液稳定且几乎不产生阳极泥,镀层呈光亮的紫红色,镀铜层与结晶器铜管基体的结合力良好。
The technology of acid and bright electroformed cuprum prepared on crystallizer copper tube substrate for repairing was introduced.The effect of solution composition and cathodic current density on coating performance was studied.Though one year pilot scale test,it showed that the copper plating bath was stable and almost no anode mud generated.The coating presented bright amaranth.The blind force between copper plating coating and copper substrate is good.
