花生壳是花生加工的副产物,资源非常丰富。花生壳通常被当作饲料和燃料使用,未能充分利用,对花生壳进行开发和综合利用,可提高农副产品的经济效益和社会效益。叙述了以花生壳为原料生产水溶性膳食纤维、黄酮类化合物、白藜芦醇、还原糖、木聚糖、生物质活性炭、木质素、生物乙醇的生产工艺和研究进展,为花生壳的综合利用提供参考。

As the by - product of peanut processing, peanut hull is abundant and usually used in feed and fuel field. The economic and social benefit of agricultural product can be increased by the comprehensive utilization of peanut hull. The development of studies on processing techniques of water - soluble dietay fiber, flavonoids, resveratrol, reducing sugar, xylan, activated carbon, lignin and bioethanol with peanut hull as material were mainly introduced, which provided the reference for comprehensive utilization of peanut hull.
