摘要
综述了国内外高压加热器的设计标准,对高压加热器的瞬态工况进行了分析。利用各瞬变态引起的温度分布状态,对百万等级高压加热器进行应力分析,并采用有限元分析软件中的瞬态热分析模块进行计算,确定加热器在各种瞬态工况下的温度分布情况,为水室和管板的设计和疲劳分析提供可靠依据,并对高加运行过程中瞬态温度应力进行研究,评估高压加热器的疲劳使用极限。
The design standards have been described for HP heaters both at home and abroad and the working conditions of transient state of HP heaters have also been analyzed in the paper. The stress was analyzed for 1 000 MW class HP heater based on temperature distributing status led by each transient state. The temperature distributing status under each transient state of HP heater was determined through calculating the thermal analyzed module of transient state with the finite element software so as to provide reliable data for the design and fatigue analysis of both the water chamber and tube sheet. The temperature stress of transient state during HP heater's operation was studied and the limitation of fatigue application of HP heater was also assessed.
