摘要
在核电设备安注箱的制造过程中,安注箱主环缝的对接装配是关键工序。核电安注箱为球形设备,需进行球冠与中间筒体的对接。分析了球冠与中间筒体对接时产生错边量的原因,通过采取措施,控制了球爿压制和装配时产生的形位误差,有效减少了球冠对接时的错边量,并使之符合相关核电制造标准的要求。
In fabrication of nuclear power accumulator tank, the pickup fitting is the key procedure for the circumferential weld of the accumulator tank. The accumulator tank is a spherical equipment which needs butt welding between the spherical cap and intermediate cylinder. The reason of misalignment between the spherical cap and intermediate cylinder has been analyzed in the paper, Based on controlling of form tolerance in pressing spherical segments and in pickup fitting, the amount of misalignment has been effectively reduced which conforms to the requirements of related standards for nuclear power equipment.
