摘要
无损检测是模块化施工中控制质量的重要环节,不仅为模块产品的制造提供有效的质量控制与质量反馈信息,还可以对产品制造流程、提升产品焊接方法、评价与提高焊工技能水平等方面发挥着巨大的作用。针对AP1000核电机组项目的模块检测情况,对相关数据和实际检测情况进行分析总结,并提出无损检测实施过程中的难点与改进事项。
As an important step for quality control in module manufacturing, non-destructive testing can provide necessary quality control and quality feedback information for the manufacture of module products; besides it also plays an important role in the improvement of product manufacturing process, welding methods and techniques and skills of welders. Aiming at the module test results of AP1000 nuclear power unit, this article has analyzed the relevant data and actual test results and pointed out the difficulties and improvement methods for non-destructive testing.
