40000吨级绿色灵便型散货船采用中央冷却系统设计,配备3台冷却海水泵,1台为定速泵,2台为变速泵,可根据船舶动力装置的负荷、不同海域的海水温度和温控阀的开度,利用变频控制技术自动调节海水泵的转速、流量,从而达到有效降低船舶电能消耗及废气排放,在实现绿色环保的同时,也将改善海上运输效能。

Central cooling system is adopted with 3 seawater cooling pumps fit out, among which 1 for constant speed and 2 for change speed, the 40 000 dwt environment-protective and flexible bulk-cargo ship can regulate the rotating flow rate of sea-water pumps by auto-control on frequency conversion according to the load of marine power, different temperature at different sea area and open degree on temperature-control valve, so the power consumption can be reduced and the waste-gas can be exhausted effectively. Meanwhile the transport efficiency will be improved.
