Analysis and treatment for typical faults of marine centrifugal pump

离心泵是船舶机械中普遍使用的液体输送设备,在海洋环境下工作条件恶劣,加之安装、检修和运行中操作管理不当,导致船用离心泵故障率高,影响船舶系统的正常运行,文章分析了船用离心泵典型故障的现象、原因,提出了实用易行的排除方法。

Centrifugal pump is a device used widely for conveying liquid in marine machinery. The improper installation, improper operation, improper maintenance and adverse oceanic environment influence caused the high fault rate of marine centrifugal pump, which will affect the normal operation of marine systems. So the faults anal- ysis and elimination methods of marine centrifugal pump were introduced in this paper.
