结晶器窄边液压驱动系统改造

摘要 济钢中厚板厂针对120区域1#连铸机结晶器经常出现窄边驱动故障报警的情况,采用避免或减少使用中包快换工艺,加强设备点检,做好控制信号线的屏蔽保护等措施对控制系统进行改造。改造后,故障报警明显减少,降低了因报警导致的非计划停机次数,保证了连铸机高效稳定进行。 Fault alarms oftan appear in the driving system for the narrow side of mold in the No.1 continuous caster in 120 region of the Medimn Plate Plant of Jinan Steel. We take systemic measures to avoid frequent driving alarm, for example, avoiding or reducing the tundish quick-change technology, strengthening equipment spot inspection and doing the shielding protection of the control signal line well. After the system reformation, fault alarms of mold narrow side were significantly reduced and the number of unplanned shutdowns was decreased. So it improves the production efficiency and ensures the stable operation of continuous caster.
