提高大型步进式加热炉炉头梁使用寿命的实践

摘要 由于炉头梁结构材质设计选用不合理、工艺操作影响、现场设备冲击等,导致热连轧加热炉炉头梁耐材坍塌,采用改进炉头梁的结构和材质、专门设计锚固件等措施进行改造。改造后,炉头梁结构稳定,故障率为0,使用寿命长,点检、检修与维护方便,提高了加热炉适应"避峰生产"、"间断生产"的能力。 Due to unreasonable strueture and material of furnace head beam, influeneed by process operation and equipment shoek, etc, the refractory collapse occurred in heating furnace head beam. Through adopting some measures included improving structure and material of furnace head beam, specially designing anchor, ere, the structure of furnace head beam is stable, the failure rate is zero, the serviee life of furnace head beam is prolonged, spot inspection, repair and maintenance are convenient, the adaptability of "peak averting production" and "batch production" of heating furnace is increased.
