摘要 为改善某道路工程所属采石场的爆破效果,进行了空气间隔装药爆破技术的研究与应用。首先,运用数值模拟手段对比了不同空气间隔装药参数下的爆破作用效果差异,发现当间隔比例较小时间隔段的峰值压力依然足以破碎岩石;其次,在现场进行试验并运用数字图像分析软件分析爆后岩石块度分布,结果表明采用1 m间隔长度可以得到良好的爆破效果;最后,综合数值模拟及现场试验结果,在该采石场采用1 m间隔长度进行空气间隔装药,实际应用取得了降低成本、减小爆破振动、提高爆破效果的成效。 In order to improve the blasting effect in one quarry of a road work, research and application of air deck charging blasting technology was applied. First, using the numerical simulation method, differences of blasting effects under~ different parameters were compared and found that peak stress of deck part of small deck ratio are still powerful enough to break rock; second, a field test was carried out and its rock fragment distribution was analyzed with a digital image processing software, the result shows that using 1 m air deck charging length can bring about a good blasting effect; finally, according to the results of numerical simulation and field test, air deck charging blas- ting with 1 m deck length was used in the quarry, which' s application successfully reduced cost, blasting vibration and enhance blasting effect.
