摘要
由于部分烟囱的特殊用途,故在烟囱的建筑设计中其结构也有所差异,这对于烟囱爆破拆除时的爆破设计也就有特殊要求。某公司湿法回转窑烟囱定向爆破拆除,此烟囱具有壁厚1 m、没有隔热层以及烟囱烟灰兜以下底座总高度为2 m等特殊结构,且其周围环境也具有特殊性,即紧靠烟囱后支座处有8 m高的设备厂房,在爆破参数设计时无法与同类工程进行类比。在爆破拆除前对其结构进行认真分析,对爆破参数进行精心计算设计,即外壁缺口高度取H取为3 m,内壁缺口高度取2 m,然后根据设计参数把烟囱底座简化为静定简支梁,并进行受力分析,分析结果表明:烟囱在倾倒过程中两侧定向窗处的应力集中区域最先在压应力的作用下发生破坏倒塌,烟囱在倾倒过程中不会与设备厂房发生力的作用。爆破较为成功,完全按照预计方向倒塌,对厂房没有造成任何影响。

The analysis results show that the chimney in the dumping process on both sides of the directional window at the stress concentration area first destroy and collapse at compressive stress. Chimney in the dumping process will not interact with the plant. Chimney very successful, in full accordance with the expected direction to dumped, did not have any impact on the plant.
