GCC in the Context of Global and Regional Economic Governance

尽管存在矛盾与冲突,但区域经济治理在主体、客体和方式上与全球经济治理保持内在一致,是全球经济治理的重要组成部分和有力补充。海合会成立以来,依托丰富的油气资源和巨额石油美元等独特优势,逐渐成为全球与区域经济治理的一支不可忽视的重要力量,为全球与区域经济治理的融合协调提供了良好借鉴。

Although there are contradictions and conflicts between them,regional economic governance is inherently inconsistence with global economic governance in subject,object and manner,and is an important part of or powerful supplement to global economic governance.Since its founding,GCC,with abundant oil and gas resources and gigantic amount of petro dollars,has gradually become an important force which can not be ignored in global as well as regional economic governance,and set a good example for the coordination of global and regional economic governance.
