摘要
弹丸飞行高度是某新型制导炮弹的重要控制参数。文中设计了一种具有温度补偿和校正功能的高精度高度测量系统,实现弹丸飞行高度动态信息的实时采集、存储和地面监测。系统主要由ATmega16、数字气压传感器、存储芯片以及地面站上位机组成,具有体积小、功耗低、响应速度快、能抗高过载等特点。实验测试表明,该系统能承受高达15000g的冲击过载,高度测量误差在5m以内,完全可以达到抗高过载和高精确测量的要求。
Flight altitude of projectile is an important control parameter in the control of guided projectiles. A high precision altitude measurement system with temperature compensation and altitude correction function was designed for achieving projectile flight altitude dynamic information acquisition, storage and real-time monitoring. With advantages of small volume, energy efficient, rapid response and anti high overload, the system consists of ATmegal6, digital pressure sensor, memory chip and host computer. According to experimentation, the system can bear impact overload to be up to 15000g. The altitude error of system is less than 5 m. It can fully meet the requirement of anti high overload and accurately measuring the altitude.
