新型阳离子钻井液在辽东油田群的应用 被引量:2

摘要 辽东湾海域是中海石油的主力开发区域之一,但由于其裸眼井段长、地层差异大等特点,在钻井过程中常出现钻具阻挂严重、倒划眼困难等复杂情况。因此,根据辽东区块水平井及地层特点,构建了新型阳离子钻井液体系,研制出了与新型阳离子配伍的非阴离子降滤失剂,并在现场进行了成功应用。对于平均井深大干2900m的井,应用该钻井液后,单井钻井周期减少了2d左右,钻井作业效率平均提高11%~17%;同时使该区块起下钻阻卡难题得到了缓解,解决了该地区大斜度井及水平井着陆井段倒划眼起钻困难的问题,提高了作业时效。 Some difficulties are encountered in Liaodong oilfield,such as tight pull and hard reaming because of long open hole. Based on that,a kind of cationic drilling fluid system is developed based on non-anionic filtration reducer cooperated well with cation.The applications of this drilling fluid system show that the drilling period of single well that the average depth is more than 2,900 m is decreased by 2 d and the drilling efficiency is increased by 11%-17%,which the problems of tight pull and hard reaming in landing section are resolved successfully.
