摘要
为了优选出酸性交联CO2泡沫压裂液体系的起泡剂,结合延长油田的储层特性,通过室内实验制备出性能较好的3种起泡剂,并将这3种起泡剂与酸性压裂液体系进行了配伍性实验,优选出与压裂液体系配伍性良好的YCQP-1起泡剂;通过对不同浓度的YCQP-1起泡剂起泡效果进行评价,确定了起泡剂的最佳使用浓度为0.4%,在该浓度下YCQP-1起泡剂的抗盐、抗油、耐酸和耐温性能均符合酸性压裂液体系起泡剂要求;将该起泡剂加入到酸性压裂液体系中,压裂液泡沫质量为79.59%,稳泡时间为110 min,说明该起泡剂是一种性能优异的酸性交联CO2泡沫压裂液体系起泡剂。
In order to select optimum foaming agent of CO_2 acidic crosslink foam fracturing liquid,three types of foaming agents are prepared in the laboratory in consideration of Yanchang oilfield reservoir characteristics.YCQP-1 foaming agents is proved to be the best foaming agent which has good compatibility with Fracturing Liquid.The optimum concentration is 0.4%,in this condition the foaming agent has good salt,oil,acid,temperature resistance properties.The experiment proved that the percentage of foam quality is 79.59%and the foam stability time is 110 min after adding foaming agent in fracturing Liquid system.
