摘要
针对生物质发电锅炉用钢的特点,采用全冶炼工序控[H],保证了钢板的耐蚀性;利用电磁力控制夹杂物,提高了铸坯表面质量;通过正火+回火热处理,增加回火索氏体含量,使塑性、韧性指标得到改善,产品实物质量达到了较高的水平,实现了批量生产,获得了较高的合格率。
According to the characteristics of steel for boiler of biomass power plant, corrosion resistance of steel plate is maitained by controlling [ H ] in the entire steelmaking procedure, inclusions are controlled to improve surface quality of slab by means of electromagnetic force, tempered sorbite content is increased by normalizing and tempering process. As a result, the plasticity and toughness are improved, higher actmd product quality is reached, batch pro- duction is achieved and higher q-ullflcation rate is attained.
