论我国食品安全监管法律体系的完善

On Perfection of the Legal System of China's Food Safety Supervision

食品安全监管法律体系是实施监管的依据,也是确保食品安全的基石。我国食品安全法律存在广度不够、协调性不足等缺陷,食品安全生产标准不统一且相对陈旧。因此,相关部门应遵照国际先进监管理念,借鉴发达国家食品安全法律制度,完善我国食品安全监管法律体系。

China＇ s food safety supervision legal system is the basis of supervision and the cornerstone of ensu- ring the safety of food. There exist some defects in China＇ s food safety legal system, such as narrow scope of appli- cation, lack of coordination, and non-conformant and old food safety production standard. Therefore, China＇ s food safety supervision legal system should be perfected according to the advanced supervision concepts of the world by learning from the adequate legal system of developed countries. China should do the following things to perfect Chi- na＇s food safety supervision legal system.
