An Empirical Study on Crime Types and Preventing Measures of Kinship Crime

亲情犯罪是指有血缘关系的家庭成员之间的犯罪。亲情犯罪挑战道德底线,破坏社会秩序,引人关注。传统道德约束力降低、社会贫富差距拉大、家庭暴力等是亲情犯罪发生的主要原因。重塑家庭道德观、构建家庭矛盾化解机制、加大对家庭暴力的干预力度以及贯彻宽严相济的刑事政策是防范亲情犯罪的有效途径。

The kinship crime refers to the crime committed between family members of blood ties. The kinship crime has aroused much attention for it challenges the moral bottom line and undermines social order. The decrease of the traditional moral force and the widening gap between the poor and the rich are the main causes of the frequent occurrence of kinship crime, such as domestic violence. Therefore, remodeling family morality, building mecha- nisms to resolve family conflicts, increasing domestic violence intervention efforts and implementing the criminal policy of combining punishment with leniency are the effective ways to prevent kinship crime.
