落地油泥清洗后的污油破乳处理实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对落地油泥清洗后产生的污油进行破乳处理实验研究,筛选出一种合适的破乳剂JL-1,其用量为50mg·L-1时即具有较好的破乳效果,污油经过破乳处理后含水率小于5%。气相色谱分析表明,与落地油泥油样相比,热化学清洗后的污油油样经破乳处理后,沸点低的轻烃组分有部分损失,但烃类碳数分布组成接近,可以实现落地油泥的资源化。 Through the demulsifieation experiment for the dirty oil coming from the washing process of oily sludge,demulsifier JL-1 is screened,which has a good demulsification effect at the dosage of 50 mg· L-1. As a result,the water content of the dirty oil which has been demulsificated is less than 5%. The results of hydrocarbons chromatograms indicate that,compared with the oily sludge sample,the dirty oil Sample coming from the washing process of oily sludge after demulsification treatment, has a certain loss of low-boiling hydrocarbons, but their carbon number distribution are similar. Therefore,the resource recovery from oily sludge can be realized.
