摘要
虚拟财产产生、变更、交易的过程中,实质性地形成了相应的虚拟财产法律关系,这种法律关系应当得到保护,应当进行规范调整。"虚拟财产"在法律面前不能"虚拟"。
The legal relationship of the virtual property is formed substantially in the process of producing,changing and transaction of the virtual property;the legal relationship should be protected and regulated.Then it should be specific in the law.The practical significance of the virtual property can be summarized as four key words： objective existence,fact of the act;property value and social significance.
