航运产业集群的生命周期及演进动力

Life cycle and evolution motivation of maritime cluster

为研究航运产业集群的演进机理,在结合航运产业集群生态特征的基础上,引入生态学中的生命周期理论对航运产业集群的演进阶段特征进行分析.借助生物种群的密度调节机制,提出航运产业集群的演进动力由密度机制和非密度机制共同决定,建立测度航运产业集群演进阶段的定量判别方法.以上海航运产业集群为例进行实证分析,得出上海航运产业集群已经进入急需转型突破的攻坚期.

To study evolution mechanism of maritime cluster, with combination of ecological characteristics of maritime cluster, the life cycle theory is introduced to analyze characteristics of different evolution stages. By density regulation mechanism of biological population, it is proposed that evolution motivation of maritime cluster is decided by both density mechanism and non-density mechanism. A quantitative dis- criminant method for determining an evolution stage of maritime cluster is established and applied to the case study of Shanghai maritime cluster. The conclusion is drawn that Shanghai maritime cluster has entered a crucial period which needs transformation and breakthrough.
