萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸对濒危树种景东翅子树插穗生根的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以濒危树种景东翅子树1年生萌发条为插穗材料,以清水处理为对照,河沙为扦插基质,研究了100、200、500 mg/L吲哚丁酸(IBA)和100、200、500 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)处理插穗4 h对景东翅子树生根型、插穗生根率、平均根数、平均根长的影响。研究发现:景东翅子树插穗有愈伤组织和皮部生根型,IBA和NAA表现出不同的生根型比例;IBA和NAA处理均能促进景东翅子树插穗生根,IBA优于NAA;200 mg/L IBA处理其扦插生根率、平均生根数、平均根长在各处理中表现最优。 One-year-old cuttings from endangered tree species of Pterospermum kingtungense were used as the experimental materials and river sands were applied as growing media. The cuttings were treated by 100, 200, 500 (rag/L) IBA and 100, 200, 500 (mg/L) NAA for four hours respectively, whereas, the water treatment was used as the control. Single factor randomized block design method was applied to test the effects of different concentrations of IBA and NAA on rooting type, rooting rate, average root number, average root length of cuttings. The results show that both IBA and NAA had positive effects on the rooting rate of P. kingtungense; callus rooting type and bark rooting type appeared at the same times, but the proportion of rooting types were different with the IBA and NAA; The treatment of IBA had higher rooting rate then NAA; The treatment of 200 mg/L IBA had the best effects on the rooting rate, average root number, average root length of cuttings.
