摘要
以5个1年生的红椿幼苗无性系为实验材料进行水分胁迫,探讨其在持续干旱条件下的生理响应。结果表明:随着水分胁迫的加剧,叶绿素含量减少,但不同的品种有差异;丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐增加;抗氧化酶(包括超氧化物歧化酶SOD和过氧化物酶POD)活性先增加后减少;5个无性系中,17和18号的抗氧化酶活性高于16、19和20号;渗透物质脯氨酸(Pro)的含量逐渐增加,17和18号比16、19和20号增加的值高;17和18号比16、19和20号抗旱性好。
Based on five annual Toona ciliata clonal seedlings which have been drought stressed, the change of the physiological responses of the T. ciliata clonal seedlings were investigated under the persistent drought conditions. As the water stress intensified, the contents of chlorophyll would decreased, but there were differences in chlorophyll content, the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) would increased, and the contents of SOD and POD would climbed up and then declined; among the five seedlings, the antioxidant enzyme activity of 17th and 18th T. ciliata clonal seedlings were higher than that of 16th, 19th and 20th; the contents of osmotic substances proline would increased and the added values of 17th and 18th T. ciliata clonal seedlings were higher than that of 16th,19th and 20th; the 17th and 18th T. ciliata clonal seedlings' drought resistance was better than that of 16th, 19th and 20th.
