阻燃型木质复合材隔热滞火单元的制备工艺 被引量:4

摘要 以稻草碎料、珍珠岩粉以及无胶胶黏剂为主要原料制备阻燃型木质复合材的隔热滞火单元。采用正交试验,选取密度、稻草碎料用量以及施胶量为工艺因子,研究隔热滞火结构单元制备工艺。对试验结果进行方差分析及回归分析确定了隔热滞火单元优化工艺为密度为1.0 g/cm3,施胶量为17%,稻草碎料用量为20%。 Heat insulation and fireproof unit of flame retardant wood composite was prepared with straw particles, perlite powder and inorganic adhesive as main raw materials. By adopting the orthogonal test method, and selecting the density, the straw particles dosage and the adhesive consumption as the process variables, the preparation technology of heat insulation and fireproof structure unit was studied. The testing results of variance analysis and regression analysis show that the optimal conditions were: the density of heat insulation and fireproof unit 1.0 g/em3, adhesive consumption 17%, and the straw particle dosage 20%.
