从成本与利润两方面出发,考虑了单位产品的耗费成本及原材料的转化率,综合运用运筹学与统计学的方法,提出在需求变动的情况下不稳定需求的ERP库存控制模型.并在此基础上,确定合理的供应量和安全库存量.最后,通过实例验证了该模型的合理性及实用性.该方法可用于在需求变动的情况下企业合理库存量的确定,并通过设置合理的安全库存量来控制库存成本.对现代企业库存管理有着现实的指导意义.

Based on both costs and profits,this paper takes the cost of unit product and the material conversion into consideration.With operational research and statistics,the paper proposes an ERP inventory control model for unstable demand under the fluctuating conditions,which helps to determine a proper supply and safety stock.The model,whose feasibility and practicability are verified by a real example,provides a significant guidance to the enterprise stock management by determining the reasonable inventory quantity with unstable demand,which in turn cuts the inventory cost.
