新桥镇2012年托幼机构缺课缺勤网络直报系统应用效果分析

Analysis of application effects of Web-based direct network reporting system of the students' absence from school in kindergartens in Xinqiao town

目的:评价托幼机构缺课缺勤网络直报系统在传染病防控中的应用效果。方法:2010年9月至2012本镇范围内开展托幼机构缺课缺勤网络直报的16所幼儿园的相关资料,分析上报及时率、上报缺课率、缺课原因、与疫情相关性等。结果:本镇2012年度网络直报的及时率为97.45%;2012年托幼机构因病缺课的原因主要为发热和上呼吸道症状,占89.89%;网络直报与疫情的相关率为35.06%。结论:因病缺课症状监测网络直报系统对托幼机构传染病防控有一定效果。

Objective： To evaluate the application effect of Web-based direct network reporting system of children＇s absence in kindergartens in diseases prevention and control. Methods： The effects of CKASSRS were analyzed since its establishment and application. Results： Report timeliness was 97.45% in 2012. In the kindergartens the main reasons of absence were due to fever and upper respiratory tract symptoms which accounted for 89.89%. Conclusion： CKASSRS plays a positive role in infectious diseases prevention and control in kindergartens.
