环境空气质量新标准对扬州市空气质量评价结果的影响

Impact of new “ambient air quality standard” on assessing results of ambient air quality in yangzhou city

本文分别采用新旧环境空气质量评价体系对2013年第二季度的扬州市环境空气监测数据进行了评价,并分析了新旧标准对于评价结果的影响。采用新标准评价会对空气质量评价产生明显影响,达标率下降,空气质量普遍变差。新标准更加科学客观,与公众主观感受更加接近。

In this paper, the ambient air quality for the second quarter of 2013 in Yangzhou city was assessed by new ＂ambient air quality standard＂ and existing ＂ambient air quality standard＂,respeetively.The impact of as- sessing results was analyzed. Using new standard would make a significant impact on air quality and the compli- ance rate declining. The new standard was more scientific and objective, closer to the public perception.
