摘要
新木油田为低孔低渗砂岩油藏,压裂投产。油田开发过程中,近井储层结垢、裂缝污染堵塞现象日趋严重,单一常规解堵技术不能完全解除储层污染堵塞。本文从分析油田储层污染特点和压裂过程中对储层造成的次生伤害入手,研究符合储层特点的裂缝复合解堵技术,着重对复合解堵药液与地层岩芯溶蚀、垢样溶速、反应缓蚀与地层流体配伍性等方面进行试验分析,将裂缝清洗剂和复合酸解堵效能优化有机融合,发挥不同药剂综合解堵最佳作用,清除污染堵塞物质,恢复疏通地层渗透率,实现解堵目的,现场应用效果明显。
Xinmu oilfield is block sandstone reservoir with low porosity and low permeability,which produces by hydrofracturing. In the process of oilfield's development, the phenomenon of near wellbore reservoir scaling, fracture pollution and plugging become more serious; furthermore, single conventional deplugging technique canJt effectively remove reservoir pollution. This paper analyzed the pollution characteristics of Xinmu reservoir and the secondary damage to reservoirs by fracture operation.It studys the compound fracture deplugging technique which conforms to the characteristics of the reservoir. Moreover, it significantly analyzed and tested the relationship of de- plugging liquid and core dissolution, dissolutive rate of plugging sample, corrosion inhibition and the compatibility to formation liquid. We fuse the fracture cleaning agent and the effectiveness of complex acid deplugging excel- lently and organically to play the best effect of different chemical synthesis plugging. It can remove the fouling and recover the permeability unobstructed to plug removal.The application effect of scene is obvious.
