本文介绍了四川石化65万t·a-1对二甲苯芳烃联合装置,在甲苯塔塔底再沸炉烘炉时,改变传统加热炉炉管内通中压蒸汽的方法,探讨使用新的烘炉介质脱盐水,有效利用装置工艺流程,顺利完成加热炉烘炉工作,降低烘炉过程蒸汽消耗,节约了开工成本。
The 650,000t a-1 paraxylene combination unit in Sichuan Petroleum was introduced. The traditional oast method of supplying MP steam for bottom of toluene tower was improved. The new medium for oast, desalted water was discussed. The furnace was firing effectively, the stream cost was saved.
