Discrimination of the Birth Time of Soong May-ling

This paper lists four representative statements about the birth time of Soong May--ling by the media and academic circles both at home and abroad, and makes comments on these statements one by one. Further, the conclusion that Soong May--ling was born in 1899 has been reached. This conclusion can not only be confirmed by the diary of Chiang Kai--shek and the genealogy that he personally revised, and by the report on Soong May--ling＇s conversation , but also can be proved in the memoirs by Chiang Wei--Kuo and Qian Yong -he, as well as the photocopy of Song＇s passport preserved in Seattle of the USA.
