摘要
四元联系数是集对分析中同异反联系数的推广,它可更深入地分析系统中的各种复杂因素。利用Visual Studio2008软件建立区域水资源与社会经济协调发展评价模型,增强了四元联系数计算日照区域水资源与社会经济协调发展评价模型的实用性,计算更加方便快捷,能清晰地反应评价对象和评价标准间的联系。通过对山东省日照市水资源与社会经济协调发展状况进行评价,评价等级为"可持续",与模糊分析法的评价结果一致。因此,该软件模型为区域水资源与社会经济协调发展评价提供了一种新的思路。
