摘要
基于罗克韦尔自动控制集成架构和PF-JD701过程控制实验装置,开发了过程控制综合实训平台。改变了以验证为主的实验模式,遵循工程项目开发流程,按照网络通讯架构、控制任务组态和监控界面设计三大任务进行训练,培养了高校工科学生的工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力,通过实践收到了明显的效果。
A comprehensive training platform of process control is developed based on Rockwell automatic control platform and PF-JD701 process control teaching devices. With this platform, the engineering students can be trained for three tasks that are the network communication architecture, control configuration and monitoring interface design. The training way is different from the traditional method of verification testing. And following the training way of development process in real project, the practical results show that the platform can help the engineering students to get engineering quality and engineering practical ability.
