摘要
在传统的实训教学构建方式中,各种能力训练安排在相对独立的实训空间内完成,装备之间没有必要的联系,实训教学内容上缺乏整体设计,教学过程缺乏内容上的连接,削弱了教学效果。与传统的以实训模块划分实训室相比,从岗位能力需求入手,对能力训练内容进行精心的梳理,解构训练内容与训练装备的关系,采用"链"的方式设计构建机电一体化专业的实训教学环节,可以清晰地呈现专业实训内容在自动化生产线上的实际作用,更易于使学生理解电子电气技术各种实训内容之间有机联系,从而达到提升教学效果的目的。同时,这种实训组织方式可以优化实训资源,确保实训教学内容的完整性。
The implementation of the practical training projects is used to be carried out in relatively isolated rooms. Therefore, the equipments have no correlations, the contents of projects lack systematic design and the training processes have little ties. The situation results in less effects than expection. Compared with the traditional method of dividing practical training room based on the training module, a new method of constructing practical training system for the mechatronics major in the form of chain is proposed. The mathod is based on working-post capability analysis and can present the status and the effect of a single practical training project in real automatic manufacturing line in a clear way, and makes it easy for the students to understand the intrinsic relationship between different training projects. Therefore, the effects of practical training are improved. Meanwhile, such a way of organizing practical training projects could optimize the distribution of practical training resources and ensure the integrity of the training content. In the paper, the concept of practical training chain is proposed, as well as the method of constructing a major' s practical training chain is discussed.
