实验室文化建设是高校实验室建设的重要内容。结合工作实践,在什么是实验室文化,怎样促进实验室文化建设的问题上进行了认真的总结和探索,对实验室文化的内涵进行了较为准确全面的描述,提出了以人为本、全员参与、不断创新等实验室文化建设的基本理念,主动建设、与校园文化建设相结合、体现学科和专业特色的建设指导原则,以及促进实验室文化建设的具体措施,即:加强组织领导、重视实验室环境建设、开展实验室文化创建活动。

Laboratory cultural construction is an important part of the laboratory development in colleges and universities. According to working practice, we carefully summarized and explored the problem of laboratory culture, and method of promoting the construction of the laboratory culture. We described a more accurate and comprehensive connotation of laboratory culture, suggested basic ideas and guiding principles. Cuhrue is of great importance for laboratory operation, teaching and research work. In this article, we hope to promote the construction of laboratory culture by strengthening management, pay attention to laboratory environmental construction, and carry out laboratory cultural activities.
