摘要 针对普通高校与中小企业因企业资源规模、高校层次定位、地域行业限制等多方面因素导致校企合作共建受限的问题进行了分析,提出了分解合作规模、扩大合作企业、扩展合作途径的创新实验平台的建设方案。通过建立联合培养基地、专项实验室和校内创新实验室的方式建设分布式创新实验平台,为培养高素质工程技术人才奠定了良好的基础,实现了校企共建实验平台的改革与创新。这种分布式校企共建模式在以应用型人才培养为主的普通工科院校里具有很好的推广价值。 Abstract: The limitations of the university-SMEs (small and medium enterprises) cooperation, which are resulted from various factors, such as the scale of enterprise resources, college-level positioning, and the restrictions on geographical trade, are analyzed in this paper. Furthermore, the authors put forward a proposal to build an innovative experiment platform of the decomposition of the scale of university-enterprise cooperation, the expansion of the cooperative enterprises, and the exploration of cooperative methods. Through establishing the joint training base, special laboratories and distributed innovation labs in universities, this platform is to lay a fundament for training high-quality engineering and technical personnel and achieve the goal of reform and innovation of the university-enterprise cooperative experiment platform. The model has a good promotional value in the engineering colleges and universities based on the cultivation of applied talents.
