新疆外来务工人员休闲方式与安居意愿调查研究

Study on Leisure Style and Housing Will of Migrant Laborers in Xinjiang

休闲对于人们娱乐身心、促进人格成长、自我实现和改善生活品质具有积极的正面效益。研究发现,进疆务工人员休闲渴望程度较高,具有一定休闲时间但有效利用率低,休闲方式比较单一,以聚会、休息、打牌为主,缺少文化性休闲类型;建议可通过提高务工收入,从休闲意识、休闲设施与服务等多方面满足务工人员的休闲需求,以此缓解其务工压力、提升工作效率,减少犯罪率,建设稳定、和谐新疆。

Leisure entertains people, promotes personal growth and self - fulfillment, and improves quality of life. The main purpose of the study is to learn the leisure needs, leisure participation and leisure constraint of laborers in the Xinjiang. The results show that effective utilization is low, party, rest and play cards are the main leisure types; Recommendations of inereasing the income of laborers and degree of personnel Leisure desire are given. The paper aims to ease the pressure of laborers, improve work efficiency, reduce the crime rate, and build a stable, harmonious Xinjiang.
